My name is Alan Yabroudy. I've setup this domain as future web home for any Yabroudy, relative of a Yabroudy or descendant of a Yabroudy. Are you a Yabroudy, relative of a Yabroudy or descendant of a Yabroudy? If so then this site is for you. Well it will be at some point in the future. Eventually I will be offering subsites to any Yabroudy, relative of a Yabroudy or descendant of a Yabroudy. Enough of that, any time from now on when I refer to Yabroudy it means any Yabroudy, relative of a Yabroudy or descendant of a Yabroudy. What's a subsite? I'm glad you asked. A sub-site is a section of a website or a mini-website within another website. In the case of yabroudy.com you would be able to get a subsite such as yourname.yabroudy.com or www.yabroudy.com/yourname. There would be a link to your subsite from the home page of yabroudy.com, but you could give out your subsite's address. Why do we have to wait for the subsites? The web hosting company where this site lives does not support the features that would be needed to setup subsites correctly. Eventually this site will be hosted on my own server where I will be able to setup everything we need to support subsites. What about now? It just so happens that you can get your very own free yabroudy.com e-mail address for life. Yes, you heard (actually read) correctly. Your very own free yabroudy.com e-mail address. No strings attached! Well, there is one little string attached, you must be a Yabroudy to qualify for the free e-mail account. Just think, you never have to do another e-mail change of address again. Sounds great! How do I get my free yabroudy.com e-mail address? Simple just e-mail me at alan@yabroudy.com. Tell me who you are. How you are a Yabroudy, that is who you are descended from or who you married. Please include your mailing address and phone number so that I can verify that you truely are a Yabroudy, we don't want any riffraff impresonating us. Tell me what you would like your e-mail address to be, that would be the part before the @yabroudy.com. If that address is available it will be yours for life. You can also get an alias or two. Let's say your name is Robert Yabroudy but you normally go by Bob. Your e-mail account could have two addresses that both send mail to the same place, robert@yabroudy.com and bob@yabroudy.com. If you would like an alias just let me know as well. Why am I doing this? Simple. I'm a Yabroudy. I want to support Yabroudy's on the Internet. We're family. What to learn a little about our heritage? Yabroudy's are descended from the original inhabitants of Yabroud (some times spelled Yabrud), a small village in Syria.
